The Maven's Rosca de Reyes is a traditional recipe featuring the natural dried fruits and decorations as have been made for generations in Latin America. The Rosca de Reyes, or King's Day Bread, is a light orange-flavored yeasted bread with decorations of dried fruits, guava paste and crystalized sugar that is traditionally served at Epiphany celebrations around January 6th. 

Baked inside each cake are two traditional little figurines that traditionally represents baby Jesus. The tradition is that whoever gets the slice with the baby will receive incredible prosperity plus the honor of throwing a party in February!
