After having a terrible experience with the red velvet cake yesterday, we were crossing our fingers with this lemon buttercream cake today and it was absolutely delicious. It was decorated beautifully, the cake was light and airy, the frosting was delicious and after reading another review, we got the idea to request lemon curd in the cake instead of the buttercream, and let me say it's how this cake should be made all of the time! It was so delicious and everyone loved it! I would HIGHLY recommend this cake and we are absolutely going to order this again in the future!
