Delious gluten-free & vegan cake!

It's so hard to find really good gluten-free AND vegan cakes, but look no further. I ordered a coconut cream cake for my husband's birthday. It was moist, had a good crumb, great coconut taste, and looked beautiful. It kept well for several days. It was also easy to order online and ready on time.
